Content Responsibility
Companies using Webvite are responsible for the content they publish on their sites. For websites created with Webvite, the relevant company is generally the controller for the requests it receives; Webvite acts as a technical service provider, except for its own processing.

Backups may contain temporary copies of this data. They are used only for service continuity, security and incident recovery.
Recipients and Providers
Data is accessible only to the people and providers needed to operate the service: Webvite, the company receiving a form on its site, Netcup hosting, backup and email delivery providers, Brevo for newsletter management, hCaptcha for anti-spam protection, Stripe for payments, Umami for self-hosted statistics, Google for reviews or map services when enabled, OpenStreetMap/Nominatim and CARTO for maps or geolocation, and external services you choose to open, such as Calendly or Facebook.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, Webvite relies on GDPR safeguards, including adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
hCaptcha
Forms may use hCaptcha, provided by Intuition Machines, Inc., to limit spam. hCaptcha may process your IP address, browser data, mouse movements and other technical signals. Cookies and Trackers
Webvite uses strictly necessary cookies, including for sessions, security and CSRF protection. Webvite does not use targeted advertising cookies. Sites may also load the third-party services listed above when the matching features are enabled.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability of your data, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights: contact@webvite.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL: https://www.cnil.fr.
Security
Webvite applies technical and organizational measures to protect data: encrypted traffic, access controls, backups, security logging and restricted data access.
3. Subscription Terms
Trial Period
Companies receive a free 14-day trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.
Subscription and Payment
Subscriptions are managed via Stripe, a secure payment provider. Renewal is automatic at the end of each period unless cancelled.
Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the customer area or by contacting Webvite. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.
Refunds
No refunds are issued for periods already elapsed. If cancelled, access remains active until the end of the paid period.
